Licensed Unarmed Guard
For officers who lead with presence and people skills — access control, patrols, and customer-facing security work across retail, residential, and event sites.
REQUIRES:
Active NYS Unarmed Security Guard license.
Licensed Armed Guard
For officers ready to take on higher-risk assignments — protecting high-value assets and responding to critical incidents with discipline and restraint.
REQUIRES:
Active NYS Armed Security Guard license.
What We Look For
Sharp Situational Awareness
Officers who can read a situation and make sound judgment calls under pressure.
Licensed
Active NYS Security Guard license, armed or unarmed, matching the role you’re applying for.
People-Oriented
Comfortable being the first face clients, tenants, and guests see — professional and approachable.
References-Ready
